Description
Turn south on FR540 for 11.4 miles. After the graveled road ends, continue south onto FR3008 for 1.3 miles, turn west onto T201 for approximately .6 miles.
If you do not have a motorcycle, ATV or high clearance 4-wheel drive vehicle, park at the intersection of FR540 and FR201 (end of graveled road) and continue on foot.
This two-track trail is easy to follow and at the end offers a beautiful view of North McKittrick Canyon.
Do not take any motorized or mechanized vehicles, including ATVs or motorcycles, past the end of the two-track portion of the North McKittrick Canyon Trail.
A primitive, more difficult and non-motorized hiking trail continues into North McKittrick Canyon. This trail is not maintained.
